The wine glass sits upon the table
holding a small amount of red wine
Tasty, though it is a cheap label
Somewhat like a zinfandel
But, good enough to drink when I dine.
The wine glass sits upon the table
Ambiance of the pastoral
Perhaps from the farmers grapevine
Tasty, though it is a cheap label
I fell under the wines spell
Despite its worth of just a stein
The wine glass sits upon the table
Grapes pungent bouquet I smell
Color the red of grenadine
Tasty, though it is a cheap label
My thirst it does quell
This inexpensive vintage sublime
The wine glass sits upon the table
Tasty, though it is a cheap label
